Jacksonville beachfront living. The homeowner chose an additional layer of durability to ensure a low maintenance system to withstand the harsh conditions from the Atlantic Ocean.
Services performed:
Waterproofing: (1) Liquid applied system to walls, window and door openings, (2) Fiberglass mesh crack reinforcement and (3) high quality breathable elastomeric coating applied to stucco system.
Exterior Finish: Polymer-modified finish coat with a light Spanish texture painted with a breathable elastomeric coating.
Natural Stone: Tower walls finished with natural limestone masonry.
Cast Stone: Tower entry way molding and window sills were custom manufactured using owners specifications.
St. Johns County, built 2008, 18,000 sq ft
Estate living in St. Johns County comes with a bowling alley and a nine car garage. The exterior of this professional athlete’s home required us to custom match antique colors and textures to fit the Old World design.

Waterproofing: High performance silicone sealer applied to stucco and cast stone bands.
Exterior Finish: Colored, Portland cement stucco.
Cast Stone: Entry columns, window, door, crown molding and body bands.
Natural Stone: Exterior tile accent walls.

Situated in Atlantic Beach Country Club with wrap around porches complimenting the beach lifestyle. This is coastal luxury within a country club setting.
Services Performed:
Waterproofing: (1) Installed sealant joints around all window and doors (2) Painted stucco with breathable elastomeric coating.
Exterior Finish: Portland cement stucco with a smooth, sand textured finish.
